QUOTE OF THE WEEK

"Children FEEL life. They smell it, roll it it, run with it, see it all around them. Feel the world through the eyes of a child."
--Anonymous

PERSONAL REFLECTIONS

Oh to be childlike. Observe a young child and see how attentive they are to all that goes on around them. They are using all of their senses to explore the world. This is they way they learn, and it is a very good way. For it gives them the experience of learning first hand. We so underestimate children. Often they are far more perceptive than the "wiser" adults. They take an active part in what they have seen, felt and heard and make it part of their life's experiences.

Try an experiment. Tomorrow be like a little child. Observe all that is going on around you. Pause to look, listen, smell, feel, touch. Look beyond your present problems and take in the environment. Go outside your ego and become one with the inconnectiveness of all things. Well, maybe that is a little too much for the first time out, but take a step in that direction. We do only pass this present moment but once. Use this present moment as a time of childlike learning. You will find your adult wisdom will come from the child within.
