QUOTE OF THE WEEK

"Love never asks how much must I do, but how much can I do."
--Frederick A. Agar

PERSONAL REFLECTIONS

The subject of love has probably been written about more than any other. It would make one think that it is very complicated, but is it really? Love just is. It is only when we bring our expectations and desires to it that it becomes complicated. Love needs nothing other than for us "to" love.

Love and negative emotions cannot live together--they are mutually exclusive. When there is jealousy, love is pushed aside. When you feel fear and pain, love is asking, "But why?" But when you give true love to another, you feel joy for everything that person is and does. You rejoice in their happiness and have compassion for their sadness. You "give" love rather than "have" love. Love given without expectations and conditions is love in its purest form. It is the mortar that holds together lovers and friends.

So whatever your relationship, look at it through the eyes of pure love. Give that pure love. It can open doors of bliss and joy that you never knew existed.

Blessings and Love,
